Delivery charge

Hong Kong Local : Felt wool artwork orders can be picked up by appointment at MTR stations or at SF pick-up points.

Hong Kong Local : Orders of wool making tools and materials over $500 can be shipped to SF express pick up point by FREE. For orders below $500, the shipping cost will depend on the weight of the item and will be calculated automatically by the website system.

International : Shipping rates will depend on the weight of the item and will be calculated automatically by the website system.

Delivery

Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and an email notification will be sent before the item is shipped.
